What you'll be doing?
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Qualify prospects/leads based on their current business challenges and determine their needs and level of interest in Shipthis’s products and services
- Present product information to customers by identifying their pain points.
- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn in mails, etc.)
- Developing and increasing industry and product knowledge and acumen to position Shipthis’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Research potential target markets based on Shipthis’s product and technology offerings and on the overall markets’ needs, and create actionable target prospects lists, also leveraging industry business groups.
- Understanding customer analytics and data and using them to identify effective content.
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities in CRM and promoting database clean-up and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. - Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
Whom are we looking for?
Shipthis is looking for a motivated and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, and work proactively to drive overall sales performance
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of working with CRM software (optional)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening) with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers
- A customer-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of leveraging social media platforms for professional purposes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a in an ever-changing, startup environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
